В роботі розкрито сутність та структуру проєкту як об’єкту проєктного управління; окреслено модель проєктного офісу в контексті управління організацією; охарактеризовано методику створення проєктного офісу та висвітлено тенденції розвитку проєктних офісів в Україні та за кордоном. The essence of the qualification work is the analysis of existing approaches to the creation of project offices, their types and models at the current stage of development of project management in modern conditions, the identification of new challenges for which project offices should prepare in the future.
