Досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи системи надання адміністративних послуг; досліджено світовий досвід реформування адміністративних послуг; проаналізовано діяльність центрів надання адміністративних послуг (в тому числі на прикладі Оржицької селищної ради); визначено вплив цифровізації на систему адміністративних послуг в Україні (на прикладі порталу «Дія») та виявлено проблеми та запропонувати пропозиції реформування системи надання адміністративних послуг. The work consists of studying the current state of the system of providing administrative services, identifying key problems and shortcomings in its functioning, as well as developing recommendations and proposals for improving the mechanisms of their provision in the context of public administration reform. The paper explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of administrative services provision; explores the world experience of reforming administrative services; analyzes the activities of administrative service centers (including the example of the Orzhytsk Village Council); determines the impact of digitalization on the system of administrative services in Ukraine (using the example of the "Diya" portal), identifies problems and offers proposals for reforming the system of administrative services provision. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
