У ході дослідження було виявлено ключові мотиваційні фактори, що впливають на успіх команд у бізнес-просторі, зокрема: цілепокладання, цінності, інтереси, потреби, стимули, мотивація досягнення, мотивація влади, мотивація приналежності. In today's dynamic business environment, where the success of an enterprise increasingly depends on effective teamwork, the issue of motivation is gaining special importance. Research into the psychological characteristics of motivation for team success is relevant and important for developing effective HR management strategies, creating a favorable psychological climate in the team, and increasing the company's competitiveness.
