Дослідження готовності працівників до ефективної комунікації є актуальним та важливим для підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств та забезпечення їх сталого розвитку. Результати дослідження: У ході дослідження було виявлено наявний рівень розвитку комунікативної компетентності працівників бізнес сфери, а також ключові фактори, що впливають на готовність до ефективної комунікації, зокрема: комунікативні навички, особистісні якості та соціально-психологічний стан, професійні знання. Relevance of the study: In the modern world, where information is a key resource, effective communication plays a crucial role in the success of any business. Globalization, the development of information technologies and changes in socio-economic conditions require business employees to have a high level of communicative competence. Research on the readiness of employees for effective communication is relevant and important for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and ensuring their sustainable development.
