Послідовно й логічно висвітлено історичні закономірності розвитку українського кримінального права у ХV – першій половині ХVІІ ст. у його цілісності як системно-структурного комплексу, що складався з понять та інститутів кримінального права. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовано ряд висновків і концептуальних наукових положень, які відтворюють загальні риси та рівень розуміння законодавцем сутності й змісту основних термінів, понять та інститутів кримінального права. The dissertation provides a comprehensive and systematic scientific theoretical and historical study of the issues related to the genesis of Ukrainian criminal law in the Middle Ages (fifteenth – first half of the seventeenth century). The author consistently and logically highlights the historical patterns of development of Ukrainian criminal law in the fifteenth – first half of the seventeenth century in its integrity as a systemic and structural complex consisting of concepts and institutions of criminal law. As a result of the study, the author formulates a number of conclusions and conceptual scientific provisions which reflect the general features and the level of understanding by the legislator of the essence and content of the basic terms, concepts and institutions of criminal law. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
