Визначено теоретико-методологічні підходи до дослідження проблеми психологічного клімату колективу; підібрано психодіагностичний інструментацій для дослідження психологічного клімату в організації та впливу на нього індивідуально-психологічних особливостей її членів; емпірично досліджено особливості психологічного клімату в організації та впливу на нього індивідуально-психологічних особливостей її членів. За результатами дослідження сформульовані теоретичні уявлення про психологічний вплив індивідуально-психологічних особливостей особистості на формування сприятливого психологічного клімату в колективі. Одержані результати можуть бути використані практичними психологами з метою формування сприятливого психологічного клімату в колективі. The qualification work theoretically generalized and empirically investigated in theoretical and methodological substantiation and empirical study of the influence of individual psychological characteristics of the personality on the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the team. Tasks of the work: To determine theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the problem of the psychological climate of the team; to select psychodiagnostic instrumentation for studying the psychological climate in the organization and the influence on it of the individual psychological characteristics of its members; to empirically investigate the features of the psychological climate in the organization and the influence on it of the individual psychological characteristics of its members. Based on the results of the study, theoretical ideas about the psychological influence of individual psychological characteristics of the personality on the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the team were formulated.
