За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки щодо розробленої тренінгової програми вирішення конфліктів у бізнес-просторі. Тенденція до засвоєння навичок вирішення конфліктів шляхом стратегії співпраці завдяки становленню цінностей доброзичливості у бізнес-просторі підтверджена статистично. In the master's thesis, conflicts in the business space are theoretically substantiated and experimentally studied, the causes of their occurrence are clarified and the most effective ways of resolving them in the business space are developed thanks to values, a developmental program for conflict resolution is developed, tested and implemented. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are formulated regarding the developed training program for resolving conflicts in the business space. The tendency towards mastering conflict resolution skills through a cooperation strategy due to the formation of values of goodwill in the business space is statistically confirmed. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
