The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the analysis of risks and threats associated with international shadow capital flows, as well as the development of effective mechanisms and recommendations for overcoming them. The scientific novelty of the results obtained and their practical significance lies in the development of practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of measures to monitor, regulate and prevent international shadow financial flows.
