Далі у дослідженні аналізується вплив інтернет залежності на якість і результат роботи соціальних працівників та їхнє фізичне та психічне здоров'я. Запропоновано програми психологічної підтримки, навчання стресостійкості, вдосконалення умов роботи та інші заходи. У висновках роботи підкреслюється важливість уваги до проблеми профілактики інтернет залежності працівників та необхідність системного підходу до її вирішення для забезпечення ефективної роботи та психологічного благополуччя цих важливих службовців державних та місцевих органів влади. The paper analyzes the psychological literature on Internet addiction in employees, identifies the main factors contributing to its occurrence. Further, the study analyzes the impact of Internet addiction on the quality and results of social workers' work and their physical and mental health. Psychological support programs, stress resistance training, improvement of working conditions and other measures are proposed. The conclusions of the paper emphasize the importance of attention to the problem of preventing Internet addiction in employees and the need for a systematic approach to its solution to ensure effective work and psychological well-being of these important employees of state and local authorities. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
