Здійснено теоретико-методологічне дослідження психологічних аспектів аудиту управління бізнесом; обґрунтовано методи та емпірично досліджено психологічні аспекти аудиту управління бізнесом, зокрема особистісні психологічні характеристики; розроблено та апробовано освітньо-тренінгову програму щодо формування розуміння особистісних психологічних характеристик з метою підвищення ефективності управління бізнесом. За результатами дослідження сформульовані теоретичні уявлення про психологічні аспекти аудиту управління бізнесом. Одержані результати можуть бути використані практичними психологами та аудиторами для врахування психологічних факторів, які впливають на прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень. The work revealed the essence of the concept of theoretical and methodological justification and empirical study of the psychological aspects of business management auditing. A theoretical and methodological study of the psychological aspects of business management auditing was carried out; methods were substantiated and empirically studied the psychological aspects of business management auditing, in particular personal psychological characteristics; an educational and training program was developed and tested to form an understanding of personal psychological characteristics in order to increase the effectiveness of business management. Based on the results of the study, theoretical ideas about the psychological aspects of business management auditing were formulated.
