У роботі розглядаються психологічні особливості цього періоду, аналізуються чинники, що сприяють або перешкоджають реалізації особистісного потенціалу управлінців у контексті професійного та особистого життя. Дослідження базується на комплексному підході, що включає використання теоретичних і емпіричних методів, серед яких спостереження, бесіда та психологічне діагностування. В рамках емпіричного дослідження застосовано такі методики, як опитувальник SCL-90, тест самоактуалізації SAT та шкала стресу Холмса і Раге. На основі отриманих результатів було розроблено та апробовано програму психокорекції для управлінців, спрямовану на подолання кризи середини життя та оптимізацію їх внутрішнього потенціалу. Практична значущість роботи полягає у можливості використання отриманих даних у сфері організаційного консультування, коучингу та розробки програм розвитку лідерства. The master's thesis is devoted to studying the impact of the midlife crisis on the self-actualization of managers. The paper examines the psychological characteristics of this period and analyzes the factors that facilitate or hinder the realization of managerial potential in the context of professional and personal life. The research is based on a comprehensive approach that includes theoretical and empirical methods such as observation, interviews, and psychological diagnostics. The empirical study utilized diagnostic tools, including the SCL-90 questionnaire, the Shostrom Self-Actualization Test (SAT), and the Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale. Based on the obtained results, a psychocorrectional program for managers was developed and tested, aimed at overcoming the midlife crisis and optimizing their internal potential.
