Основна увага приділяється аналізу теоретичних основ дослідження позитивного настрою, вивченню психологічних методів і технологій його формування, а також розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації цього процесу. На основі емпіричного дослідження, проведеного за участю 58 співробітників організації, виявлено взаємозв’язок між груповою мотивацією, психологічною атмосферою та згуртованістю колективу. Розроблено та обґрунтовано програму «Позитивна динаміка», яка включає чотири взаємопов’язані модулі та спрямована на комплексне формування позитивного настрою в колективі. Практична значимість роботи полягає у можливості застосування розробленої програми керівниками організацій, HR-фахівцями та психологами для покращення психологічного клімату в колективі. Матеріали дослідження можуть бути корисними для фахівців у сфері організаційної психології та студентів відповідних спеціальностей. This master’s thesis explores the formation of positive mood in the workplace. The main focus is on analyzing the theoretical foundations of positive mood research, studying psychological methods and technologies for its formation, and developing practical recommendations for optimizing this process. Based on empirical research conducted with 58 employees, the relationship between group motivation, psychological atmosphere, and team cohesion was revealed. The «Positive Dynamics» program has been developed and substantiated, which includes four interconnected modules and aims at comprehensive formation of positive mood in the workplace. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed program by organizational leaders, HR specialists, and psychologists to improve the psychological climate in the workplace.
