The paper presents a theoretical and empirical study of the features of the formation of the communicative competence of the company's employees. A comprehensive study of the components of the communicative competence of employees, in particular the cognitive, emotional-volitional and behavioral aspects, in the context of professional activity. An empirical study of the features of the development of the communicative competence of employees has been carried out.
