Дослідження проводилося в парку Святого Івана Павла ІІ Папи Римського, в м. Львів, де пацієнти проходили відстань в 1,5 км по одному з прокладених маршрутів, які були узгодженні з учасниками. Після чого було проведене дослідження, яке полягало в оцінці відновлення якості життя у пацієнтів після перенесених серцево-судинних подій за допомогою дозованої ходьби. The work is devoted to the study of the impact of dosed walking on the restoration of the quality of life of patients after cardiovascular events at the outpatient stage. The study was conducted in the park of St. John Paul II Pope of the Roman Empire, in Lviv, where patients walked a distance of 1.5 km along one of the laid routes that were agreed with the participants. After that, a study was conducted, which consisted in assessing the restoration of the quality of life in patients after cardiovascular events using dosed walking. In the process of outpatient rehabilitation, it was established how dosed walking affects the restoration of the quality of life of patients after cardiovascular events.
