The object is international high-tech trade of Southeast Asian countries under globalization and digital shifts. The study uses data from WTO, World Bank, IMF, ASEAN, and national strategies (e.g., Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia), along with classical theories (Smith, Ricardo, Heckscher-Ohlin). Methods include literature review, case studies, comparative analysis, and statistical tools.
