The purpose of the work is to justification a technological project for a workshop for the production of filter cardboard for food liquids based on bleached sulfate cellulose. The object of the study is the technological scheme and material balance of the filter cardboard production process. The explanatory note discloses the properties of the raw materials used, justifies the choice of additives (including Kymene, diatomaceous earth and filter perlite), describes the structure of the production process, the stages of cleaning the fibrous mass and forming the cardboard. Theoretical information about the main processes is presented: grinding, forming the web and drying it. The material balance of water and fiber was calculated to determine the costs of raw materials and resources.
