У першому розділі проаналізовано актуальність завдання підтримки покриття територій мобільним зв’язком, визначено мету, завдання та основні технічні виклики. У другому розділі проведено огляд існуючих підходів до обліку SIM-карт у галузі телекомунікацій, а також сформульовано вимоги до майбутньої системи. У третьому розділі сформульовано загальні та функціональні вимоги до системи, вимоги до її архітектури, надійності та інформаційного забезпечення. У четвертому розділі обґрунтовано вибір методу оцінювання та структуру вхідних і вихідних даних, на яких базується логіка системи. У п’ятому розділі представлено архітектуру програмного рішення, функціональний поділ системи за ролями користувачів, структуру бази даних та взаємозв’язки між таблицями. У шостому розділі описано реалізацію основних компонентів системи: API-сервісів, клієнтської частини на Blazor та бази даних MariaDB. У сьомому розділі описано підготовку тестового середовища, методику перевірки функціональності, а також результати тестування, які підтверджують відповідність системи вимогам. The thesis project consists of ten chapters, contains 2 tables, 5 appendices, and 16 sources – totaling 61 pages. Research object: system for managing mobile network coverage. Research subject: system designed to support mobile network coverage across territories. Thesis project objective: the goal of this work is to create а system that enables centralized management of SIM cards, tracking their status, and automating interaction with the core of the mobile network. In the first chapter, the relevance of ensuring mobile network coverage is analyzed, and the objectives and key technical challenges are defined. In the second chapter, existing approaches to SIM card management in the telecommunications industry are reviewed, and the requirements for the future system are formulated. In the third chapter, general and functional system requirements are defined, along with requirements for its architecture, reliability, and information support. In the fourth chapter, the choice of evaluation methods is justified, and the structure of input and output data that underpin system logic is described. In the fifth chapter, the architecture of the software solution is presented, including the functional division of the system by user roles, the database structure, and the relationships between its tables. In the sixth chapter, the implementation of key system components is described: API services, the client part based on Blazor, and the MariaDB database.
