С. Кузнеця Description The global economy is influenced by geopolitical trends that create new challenges and opportunities for the development of national economies. The studied geopolitical factors indicate that it is important for Ukraine to integrate its economy into global financial processes, introduce the latest technologies and develop international cooperation. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of geopolitical trends on the technological upgrading of industrial enterprises in Ukraine and to substantiate their role as a key factor in the convergence of investment processes, taking into account the specifics of the Ukrainian economy’s integration into global markets. The study was conducted using the methods of theoretical generalisation, statistical data analysis, comparison and logical and structural modelling. The study summarised and structured geopolitical trends and identified their impact on the nature of investment flows into industry. The factors that facilitate or impede the attraction of foreign investment in the technological renewal of Ukraine’s industry in the context of geopolitical instability were substantiated. The relationship between the technological renewal of industry and the convergence of investment processes in Ukraine was substantiated, and the synergy between technological renewal and investment was investigated. A model of adaptation of industrial enterprises of Ukraine to changing geopolitical conditions through technological renewal was proposed, which is aimed at increasing their investment attractiveness. Recommendations for the state policy to stimulate technological renewal of industry in the context of geopolitical instability have been developed. The practical value of this study lies in the identification of key factors that affect the investment attractiveness of enterprises in the context of geopolitical uncertainty. This allows for creating a mechanism for managing and adjusting the impact of geopolitical risks, which will help to increase competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-05 Close
