С. Кузнеця Description The problem of determining the scientific and technological level of research and development work is considered in the article. Its values should become the basis of choosing the directions of enterprise innovative development. The criteria of such assessment, recommendations concerning the normative base creation, technical and economic, technological and organizational characteristics of preparation for producing innovative production are proposed. Complex approach to improving enterprise innovative activities is offered.
