Конструктивно описані локально ступінчасті групи G, у яких для будь-якої пари підгруп А та В таких, що А < B, існує нормальна підгрупа N із G і А NВ. Groups that have many normal subgroups, called the normality density for subgroups, are considered. Eight different density definitions are introduced and the properties of the groups for each of them are investigated. The description of the individual classes of groups with the most general definition of density is given.
