The realization of the process strategically planing helps to form a correct estimate of priorities and main direc-tions of banking activity. The factors and problems which help to appraise inner strong a weak points of bank are analyses in the issue. Ne-cessity of choice of market strategy is substantiate in the issue. The author shows the main forms of the strategy. Ефективність банківського менеджменту залежить від якості реалізації процесу стратегічного планування. Реалізація процесу стратегічного планування допомагає сформувати правильну оцінку пріоритетів та основних напрямків банківської діяльності. В статті проаналізовано фактори та проблеми, які допомагають оцінити внутрішні сильні слабкі сторони банку. В статті обґрунтовано необхідність вибору ринкової стратегії.
