The amplitude and differential cross section of investigated process is obtained. Is shown, that in area moderately force of fields a partial cross section factories on a product of probability of a radiation (absorption) of photons of both waves, which is determined by universal function I ls , on a cross section of a spontaneous bremsstrahlung of an electron on the nucleus without an exterior field.
