For understanding of the contemporary condition of the provision of enterprises with circulating assets the author made retrospective analyze of the taxation policy in Ukraine. The author made a special emphasis on the influence of taxes on a profit. The principles of advance payment on taxes and the principles of working value-added tax are considered in the issue.
