В роботі проаналізована залежність економічної рентабельності функціонування підрядного будівельного підприємства, його фінансової стійкості і платоспроможності від рівня ефективності використання оборотних засобів. Вивчено фактори впливу на параметри елементів структури оборотних засобів підрядних підприємств. Розроблені напрямки удосконалення організації планування та нормування оборотних засобів. Запропоновані шляхи оптимізації процесу управління джерелами формування оборотних засобів підрядних будівельних підприємств, механізм управління ризиком діяльності будівельних організацій в аспекті його впливу на ефективність будівельного виробництва і використання оборотних засобів. Розроблена комплексна методика управління оборотними засобами підрядних будівельних підприємств регіонального рівня в умовах переходу до ринкових відносин. The dissertation is devoted to development of the reasonable offers and practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanism of management of working capital of the building enterprises of a regional level in conditions of an economy of the transition period. In work the dependence of economic profitability of functioning of the contract building enterprise, it financial stability and solvency from a level of efficiency of use of working capital is analyzed. The factors of influence on parameters of elements of structure of working capital of the contract enterprises are investigated. The directions of improvement of organization of planning and standardization of working capital are developed. The ways of optimization of process of management of sources of formation of working capital of the contract building enterprises, mechanism of management of risk of activity of building organizations in aspect of its influence on efficiency of building manufacture and uses of working capital are offered.
