Сформульовано концептуальні положення кадрового забезпечення органів прокуратури України. На підставі аналізу наукової літератури,нормативно-правових актів, вітчизняної прокурорської практики та зарубіжного досвіду досліджено суть управління кадрами в прокуратурі, подано систему методичних прийомів його здійснення. Формулюються пропозиції щодо вдосконалення діяльності органів прокуратури. The thesis is devoted to the complex of theoretical and practical problems, connected with the staff control in the Prosecutors office of Ukraine. The conceptual provisions of the providing of the Prosecutor's office of Ukraine with the staff have been formulated. The author has proposed the system of the methodical ways of the staff control realization in the prosecutor's office in the ground of the analysis of the scientific literature, legal norms and the practice of the native and foreign prosecutor’s offices.
