У роботі обгрунтовані та систематизовані економічні та соціальні фактори, які впливають на приватизацію агропромислових підприємств. Проаналізовано стан фінансового забезпечення приватизації підприємств агропромислового комплексу. Запропоновані рекомендації щодо вдосконалення фінансових відносин процесу приватизації і залучення інвестицій. Розроблено методику оцінки вартості майнового комплексу, що приватизується, на основі прогнозування майбутніх фінансових результатів функціонування підприємства. The thesis is devoted to the investigation of finansial ensuring mechanisms improvement of privatization and post-privatization support of agribusiness enterprises. The economic and social factors are systematized and grounded influencing the agribusiness enterprises privatization. The state of finansial ensuring of agribusiness enterprises privatization is analysed. The recommendations for finansial relations improvement of privatization process are given and investments involvements are suggested.
