In the article the author offers the precise analysis and forecasting of economic development of the enterprise as a basis of investment appeal and development of the enterprise. The forecast of development of economy of the enterprise should be under construction, in opinion of the author, on the basis of the data of the account of financial-economic activity of the enterprise.
