У банківському секторі існує багато внутрішніх проблем, пов'язаних з нестачею ресурсів, обмеженою кількістю послуг, пропонованих клієнтам, недостатньою підготовкою персоналу. Інтерес банку у здійсненні операцій з приватними клієнтами, приватними фермерами, малими і середніми підприємцями та підприємствами відсутній або дуже малий. Цей напрямок діяльності розглядається загалом як занадто витратний, пов'язаний з великим ризиком і малим прибутком. В статті запропоновані альтернативні шляхи розвитку системи кредитування населення. In the process of economic society transformations bank sector plays an important role. In the bank sector there are a lot of internal problems connected with insufficiency of resources, limited amount of services offered to clients, insufficient preparing of the personnel. Bank’s interest in operations with private clients, private farmers, small and medium entrepreneurs and enterprises is absent or quite small. This direction of business activity is considered in outline as too costly, connected with the big risk and low profit.
