The article depicts basic parameters of the Structural Reorganization Program of the Ukrainian Economy during 1999-2003 which is considered to be the governmental concepiional document consists of scientific prognosticated results of the national economy development and the means to achieve them. Future structural changes in the Ukrainian industry and the prognosis of the investment resources structure arc investigated in this ankle.
