В роботі проаналізовано основні теоретичні підходи до проблеми адаптації в сучасній психолого-педагогічній науці; вивчено особливості професійної адаптації курсантів вищої освіти пенітенціарної системи; визначено та теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування професійної адаптації курсантів пенітенціарної системи; розроблено критерії, показники і рівні сформованості професійної адаптації у курсантів вищої освіти пенітенціарної системи; з’ясовано стан сформованості професійної адаптації курсантів закладу вищої освіти ДПтС України; розроблено програму формування професійної адаптації майбутніх фахівців пенітенціарної системи. Наукова новизна: визначено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування професійної адаптації курсантів пенітенціарної системи (оволодіння змістом, формами й методами для успішної професійної діяльності; організація позитивного спілкування в курсантських групах; забезпечення мотивації курсантів до формування професійно важливих якостей); визначено критерії, показники і рівні сформованості професійної адаптації у курсантів вищої освіти пенітенціарної системи. Subject of research: pedagogical conditions of formation of professional adaptation at cadets of higher education of penitentiary system. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the formation of professional adaptation of cadets of higher education in the penitentiary system; to develop a program for the formation of professional adaptation in cadets. The main theoretical approaches to the problem of adaptation in modern psychological and pedagogical science are analyzed in the work; the peculiarities of professional adaptation of cadets of higher education of the penitentiary system are studied; the pedagogical conditions of formation of professional adaptation of cadets of penitentiary system are defined and theoretically substantiated; criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional adaptation at cadets of higher education of penitentiary system are developed; the state of formation of professional adaptation of cadets of the institution of higher education of the State Pedagogical Service of Ukraine is clarified; the program of formation of professional adaptation of future experts of penitentiary system is developed.
