У роботі розкрито зміст інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, визначені тенденції та чинники впливу на інвестиційну діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств, а також методи та показники оцінки ефективності інвестицій підприємства. Проаналізовані ресурсне забезпечення та результати господарської діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства Харківської області, визначена ефективність використання його трудових і земельних матеріальних ресурсів. Проаналізовано майновий та фінансовий стан підприємства. На основі проведеного аналізу та визначення проблем інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства запропоновані заходи із підвищення її ефективності. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological principles of investment of the enterprise and elaborate the ways to increase its efficiency. The essence of investment activity is revealed in the thesis, the tendencies and factor of influence on investment activity of agricultural enterprises, methods and indicators of assessment of efficiency of the enterprise investments are defined. The tendencies of formation of financial results of activity of the agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are defined. The resources provision and results of economic activity of one agricultural enterprise of Kharkiv region are analyzed, the efficiency of labor, land, material resources use is evaluated. Indicators of financial statements are analyzed.
