Запропоновано напрямки удосконалення кадрового потенціалу Харківської міської ради. The problem of formation and development of human resources. In the qualification work the theoretical aspects of the personnel potential of the public service body are studied, and the considered personnel potential as an object of scientific researches is considered. The personnel potential in the Kharkiv city council, also management system is analyzed. The indicators of the assessment of the personnel management of the authorities, as well as the efficiency of the use of human resources are studied.
