Визначено професійну ідентичність як основу формування діяльності державних службовців, окреслено портрет державного службовця сучасної України та розглянуто безперервну освіту як основний фактор розвитку професійної ідентичності державних службовців. Результати, отримані автором, поглиблюють теоретичні уявлення про формування соціально-професійної ідентичності державних службовців і є внеском в осмислення аспектів їх діяльності. The qualification work considers the theoretical foundations of the analysis of professional identity of civil servants, including the study of the specifics of the analysis of professional identity of civil servants and explores civil servants as a special socio-professional group. The professional identity as a basis of formation of activity of civil servants is defined, the portrait of the civil servant of modern Ukraine is outlined and continuous education as the basic factor of development of professional identity of civil servants is considered. The results obtained by the author deepen the theoretical ideas about the formation of socio-professional identity of civil servants and are a contribution to understanding the aspects of their activities. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
