Також встановлено, що структура підприємства являється головним чинником її ефективності. Проведений аналіз сучасного стану структури управління, а також вплив зовнішній і внутрішній факторів на неї. На основі проведеного дослідження встановлено, що реструктуризація є важливою складовою удосконалення структури управління, а також застосування моделі McKinsey 7-S дозволить більш чітко побудувати і оптимізувати бізнес-процесів усередині підприємства. This paper presents a study of the field of management in the agricultural enterprise, namely, the concept of organizational structure of management and its role in achieving the goal. It is also established that the structure of the enterprise is the main factor of its efficiency. The analysis of the current state of the management structure, as well as the influence of external and internal factors on it.
