Тим не менш, в умовах децентралізації існує ризик незбігання строків та цілей щодо розподілу фінансових ресурсів країни через свободу у формуванні власних структур управління державними грошовими коштами в межах об’єднаних територіальних громад, кількісного збільшення звітних документів і операцій на фоні скорочуваного штату працівників ДКСУ. Тому у роботі актуалізовано систему організаційних заходів, реалізація яких функціонально забезпечує роботу Державної казначейської служби України і в тому числі через удосконалення електронного врядування. Modern information technologies are the tool that allows to ensure the formation of a high-tech society in which every employee of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine has the opportunity to fully realize their potential. However, in the context of decentralization, there is a risk that the terms and objectives for the distribution of the country's financial resources will not coincide due to freedom in forming its own public funds management structures within the united territorial communities, increasing the number of reporting documents and operations against the SCSU staff.
