The subject of the study is the process of organization, control, evaluation of efficiency and stimulation of the professional activity of teachers of the institution of general secondary education. The purpose of the study is to identify and scientifically substantiate the factors influencing the stimulation of professional development of teachers in the structure and content of intra-school management.
