Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є процес розробки антикризової стратегії підприємства. Предметом дослідження є напрями розробки антикризової стратегії торговельного підприємства. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність поняття «криза», проаналізовано різновиди та причини виникнення криз; досліджено методи антикризового управління підприємствами; вивчено види антикризових стратегій та особливості їх реалізації. У другому розділі складено організаційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства ТОВ «Ол імп»; проведено оцінку ліквідності та платоспроможності підприємства; проаналізовано фінансову стійкість та фінансові результати діяльності торговельного підприємства ТОВ «Олімп». У третьому розділі визначено способи подолання фінансової кризи в підприємстві; визначено перспективи розвитку ТОВ «Ол імп»; обґрунтовано розроблені антикризові заходи. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the development of an anti -crisis strategy of a trading company in modern conditions of economic development. The object of research of the qualification (master's) work is the process of developing the anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the direction of development of the anti-crisis strategy of the trading company. In the qualification (master's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concept of "crisis" is studied, the types and causes of crises are analyzed; methods of anti-crisis management of enterprises were investigated; types of anti-crisis strategies and features of their implementation are studied. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the Olymp LLC trade enterprise are compiled; an assessment of the company's liquidity and solvency are carried out; the financial stability and financial results of the trading enterprise "Olymp" LLC are analyzed.
