Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління формуванням та ефективним використанням машинно-тракторного парку сільськогосподарського підприємства в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, організаційно-економічних і техніко-технологічних складових управління визначенням потреби у сільськогосподарській техніці; управління амортизаційними відрахуванням та відрахуваннями на її ремонти, технічне обслуговування і зберігання; визначення планової потреби у паливно-мастильних матеріалах. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному узагальненні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління формуванням та ефективним використанням машинно-тракторного парку у сільгосппідприємстві з урахуванням його ресурсних можливостей та стану зовнішнього макроекономічного середовища. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи відтворення матеріально-технічної бази сільськогосподарського підприємства. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Руновщина» – об’єкта досліджень. У третьому розділі розробляються практичні рекомендації щодо управління формуванням та ефективним використанням машинно-тракторного парку сільськогосподарського підприємства. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main purpose of the qualification (master’s) work is elaboration of theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations regarding the management of the formation and effective use of the machine-tractor park in the agricultural enterprise. The object of research is the process of managing the formation and effective use of the machine-tractor fleet of an agricultural enterprise in conditions of instability of the external environment. The subject of research is a set of managerial, organizational-economic and technical-technological components of management by determining the need for agricultural machinery; management of depreciation deductions and deductions for its repairs, maintenance and storage; determination of the planned need for fuel and lubricants. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in complex theoretical generalization and development of practical recommendations for managing the formation and effective use of the machine-tractor park in the agricultural enterprise, taking into account its resource capabilities and the state of the external macroeconomic environment. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first section the theoretical foundations of reproduction of the material and technical base of the agricultural enterprise are being worked out. In the second section the organizational and economic characteristics of the limited liability company «Runovshchyna» – the object of research – are being conducted. In the third section practical recommendations for managing the formation and effective use of the machine-tractor fleet of an agricultural enterprise are being developed.
