Проведена товарознавча експертиза показників якості овочевого соусу вітчизняного та іноземного виробництва; проведене маркетингове дослідження стану вітчизняного ринку овочевих соусів. The thesis is devoted to checking the quality of vegetable sauce, which is sold on the market of the city of Kharkiv, namely by the enterprise "Akvamarin" PE. An analysis of the state of production and sale of vegetable sauce in Ukraine, its import and export; analysis of consumer properties and assortment of vegetable sauce of domestic and foreign production.
