Надано рекомендації щодо вибору інноваційного методу стимулювання попиту на готельні послуги, запропоновано заходи щодо впровадження методу стимулювання попиту. Розраховано економічну ефективність від розробки та впровадження аромамаркетингу, як інноваційного методу стимулювання попиту на готельні послуги. Theoretical aspects of marketing activities in hotel business were reviewed, the essence of "demand" and "supply" definitions and their basic determinants were determined, the hotel product was reviewed as the main component of hotel enterprise. Relevance of the chosen topic was justified. A scientific and analytical review of information sources and regulative materials on the topic is conducted. Activities of a running hotel business enterprise in Kharkiv was researched. Recommendations on choosing the innovative method of stimulating demand for hotel services were given, measures to implementing the demand stimulating method were proposed.
