Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення системи мотивації праці на підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в теоретично-методичному обґрунтуванні та прикладному опрацюванні напрямів та шляхів вдосконалення матеріальної та нематеріальної мотивації на підприємстві. А саме: удосконалено: - напрями розвитку системи мотивації та стимулювання праці персоналу досліджуваного підприємства з урахуванням особливостей впливу факторів зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища, що визначають стан сільськогосподарських підприємств. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі узагальнено теоретичні засади мотивації праці на підприємстві. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз стану та розвитку агробізнесової мотивації та матеріального стимулювання. У третьому розділі визначено напрями вдосконалення мотивації праці на підприємстві. Висновки. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі розглянуто теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти удосконалення мотивації на прикладі виробничого підприємства, проаналізована динаміку ефективності трудової діяльності його працівників. У роботі запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності матеріальної ті нематеріальної мотивації. Обґрунтовано ефективну систему мотивації для одержання бажаного результату як для працівників підприємства, так і для його керівників The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is t o improve the work motivation system at the enterprise. The object of research is the process of improving the labor motivation system at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and applied development of directions and ways of improving material and non-material motivation at the enterprise. Namely: improved: - directions of development of the system of motivation and stimulation of the work of the staff of the investigated enterprise, taking into account the peculiarities of the influence of factors of the external and internal environment, which determine the state of agricultural enterprises. In the qualification (master's) work: The first section summarizes the theoretical foundations of work motivation at the enterprise. In the second section, an analysis of the state and development of agribusiness motivation and material stimulation was carried out. In the third section, directions for improving work motivation at the enterpr ise are defined. Conclusions. In the qualification (master's) thesis, the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of improving motivation are considered on the example of a manufacturing enterprise, the dynamics of the labor efficiency of its employees are analyzed. The work offers ways to increase the effectiveness of material and non-material motivation.
