Наукова новизна результатів дослідження полягає в теоретико-аналітичному обґрунтуванні та опрацюванні стратегічних напрямів удосконалення управлінської діяльності керівника дошкільного закладу: шляхи удосконалення методів роботи керівника дошкільного закладу; опрацьовано сучасні професійні компетенції керівників закладів освіти. Встановлено, що керівник в системі дошкільної освіти повинен мати відповідну галузеву підготовку, мається на увазі знати і володіти знаннями мати відповідні навички для подальшого розвитку, виховання і навчання дітей, мати відповідну управлінську компетенцію основану на знаннях законодавства, а також постійно самовдосконалюватись стосовно знань керівництва різними об’єктами, які мають відношення до дошкільних закладів. А також гнучка організація праці, самоорганізація педагогів, їхня свідома участь у виховному процесі, стає відправною точкою створення ефективної системи управління дошкільним закладом. Досліджено, що однією з необхідних умов розвитку сучасного ДНЗ є стратегічне бачення керівника шляхів розвитку дошкільного закладу. The purpose of the qualification (bachelor's) thesis is the theoretical justification and scientific development of proposals for improving the management system in preschool institutions and forming a portrait of a modern head of an educational institution based on today's requirements. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the theoretical and analytical substantiation and development of strategic directions for improving the managerial activities of the head of a preschool institution: ways of improving the work methods of the head of a preschool institution; modern professional competences of heads of educational institutions are elaborated. It has been established that the manager in the preschool education system must have appropriate industry training, which means knowing and possessing knowledge, having appropriate skills for the further development, upbringing and education of children, having appropriate managerial competence based on knowledge of legislation, and also constantly self-improvement in relation to the knowledge of management in various objects related to preschool institutions. Also, flexible organization of work, self-organization of teachers, their conscious participation in the educational process, becomes the starting point for creating an effective management system of a preschool institution.
