Об’єктом дослідження є вдосконалення управління ефективністю виробничо-збутової діяльності продукції рослинництва на ФГ «ОКА». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, аналітико-дослідницькі та проектно-рекомендаційні аспекти проблеми вдосконалення управління ефективністю виробництва та збуту продукції рослинництва в господарстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у обґрунтуванні шляхів вдосконалення управління ефективністю виробництва та збут у продукції господарства: покрашення ресурсного забезпечення виробництва продукції рослинництва; проведення післязбирального очищення та сортування зібраного врожаю; виявлення внутрішньогосподарських резервів збільшення виробництва продукції; обґрунтування заходів з підвищення ефективності виробничо-комерційної діяльності господарства. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі автором розглянуті теоретичні, методичні та прикладні засади ефективного розвитку виробничо-комерційної діяльності аграрного підприємства. У другому розділі проведен аналіз виробничо-господарської діяльності ФГ «ОКА». У третьому розділі запропоновані стратегічні напрями удосконалення управління ефективністю виробничо-збутової діяльності господарства. Запропоноване удосконалення управління ефективністю за рахунок післязбиральної доробки врожаю зерна озимої пшениці. Висновки, запропоновані заходи за підрахунками забезпечили господарству підвищення рівня економічної ефективності його виробничо-комерційної діяльності. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to identify ways to improve the management of the efficiency of production and sales of farm products, to identify ways to increase the economic efficiency of production and sale of winter wheat. The object of research is to improve the management of the efficiency of the production and sales of plant products at the OKA FG. The subject of research is there are theoretical, analytical-research and project-recommendatory aspects of the problem of improving the management of the efficiency of production and sales of plant products in the economy. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in substantiating the ways of improving the management of the efficiency of production and sales of farm products: improving the resource support for the production of crop production; carrying out post-harvest cleaning and sorting of the harvested crop; identification of intra-economic reserves for increased production; substantiation of measures to increase the efficiency of production and commercial activities of the economy. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first section, the author considered the theoretical, methodical and applied principles of effective development of the production and commercial activity of an agrarian enterprise. In the second section, an analysis of the production and economic activity of FG "OKA" was carried out. In the third section, strategic directions for improving the management of the efficiency of production and marketing activities of the economy are proposed.
