Вітчизняні підприємницькі структури через організаційно-економічну нестабільність ринку, відсутність цільової державної підтримки не виявляють активності у розвитку цієї галузі, а ті, що існують, – потребують розбудови конкурентоспроможного механізму функціонування. Серед значимих проблем, які потрібно розв’язати для актуальної зміни ситуації на вмотивовану, щодо активізації підприємництва у цій сфері наступні: формування культури споживання продукції плодово- овочевої групи; стратегічна державна підтримка виробників і створення доступної ринкової інфраструктури; реалізація ефективних інноваційно- інвестиційних проєктів розвитку плодово-овочевого сектору за участю малих суб’єктів господарювання; розроблення адаптивних моделей механізмів організаційно-економічного удосконалення функціонування підприємств плодово-овочевої галузі. The huge potential of the fruit and vegetable industry remains unrealized, and the population's needs for fruits, berries, and vegetables are largely met by imports. Due to the organizational and economic instability of the market, the lack of targeted state support, domestic business structures are not active in the development of this industry, and those that exist need to develop a competitive functioning mechanism. Among the significant problems that need to be solved for the actual change of the situation to a motivated one, regarding the activation of entrepreneurship in this area are the following: formation of a culture of consumption of products of the fruit and vegetable group; strategic state support for manufacturers and the creation of an accessible market infrastructure; implementation of effective innovation and investment projects for the development of the fruit and vegetable sector with the participation of small business entities; development of adaptive models of mechanisms for organizational and economic improvement of the functioning of enterprises in the fruit and vegetable industry. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
