З мети випливають і конкретні завдання, які необхідно розв’язати: – визначити сутність управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю; – описати види, принципи, та методи зовнішньоекономічної діяльності; – вивчити організацію зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на підприємстві; – визначити технологію укладення зовнішньоторговельного контракту; – охарактеризувати механізм розрахунків у зовнішньоторговельних операціях; – визначити ризики, пов’язані із зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю та способи їх страхування; – здійснити загальний аналіз об’єкту дослідження та спеціальний аналіз зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на підприємстві; – розрахувати ефект від запровадження заходів. Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи виступає торговельне підприємство. Предмет дослідження визначає тему магістерської роботи –підвищення ефективності управління та стратегічного планування зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на підприємстві. The purpose of this qualification work will be to study the theory of the organization of strategic management of foreign economic activity and its analysis at the enterprise and to develop a set of measures for its improvement. Specific tasks that need to be solved follow from the goal: - determine the essence of management of foreign economic activity; - describe the types, principles, and methods of foreign economic activity; to study the organization of foreign economic activity at the enterprise; - to determine the technology of concluding a foreign trade contract; - describe the settlement mechanism in foreign trade operations; - to determine the risks associated with foreign economic activity and methods of their insurance; - carry out a general analysis of the research object and a special analysis of foreign economic activity at the enterprise; - calculate the effect of the implementation of measures. The object of the research of the qualifying master's thesis is a trading company.
