Досліджено діяльність діючого підприємства, надано загальну характеристику, проаналізовано ефективність використання матеріально –технічної бази підприємства готельно-ресторанного господарства та надано рекомендацій щодо впровадження інноваційних технологій з метою підвищення використання матеріально – технічної бази готелю. Theoretical aspects of marketing activities in hotel business were reviewed, the essence of "effectiveness" definition and the indicators of effectiveness of functioning of hotel enterprise, essence and definition of material and technical base of hotel business enterprise were defined, service was reviewed as the basis of effective functioning of hotel business enterprises. Activities of a functioning enterprise was researched, general characteristic was given, effectiveness of using the material and technical base of hotel and restaurant business enterprise was analysed and recommendations on implementation of innovative technologies in order to increase the usage of material and technical base of a hotel were given. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
