Об’єктом дослідження є процес розробки стратегії розвитку підприємства ресторанного господарства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи розробки стратегії розвитку підприємства ресторанного господарства. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в розвитку та уточненні теоретичних положень, розробці науково-обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо розробки стра-тегії розвитку підприємства ресторанного господарства. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто те-оретичні аспекти розвитку підприємства та особливості розробки стратегії в під-приємствах ресторанного господарства; у другому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства ресторанного господарства та проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності підприємства; у третьому розділі, на основі отриманих результатів, запропоновано структурно-логічну схеми стратегії підтримки конкурентоспроможності. Обґрунтовано заходи щодо реалізації стратегії. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи The purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to generalize theoretical provisions and develop scientific and methodological recommendations for substantiating the development strategy of the restaurant business, taking into account its specific features. The object of the study is the process of developing a strategy for the development of a restaurant business. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to developing a strategy for the development of a restaurant business. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development and clarification of theoretical provisions, the development of scientifically based recommendations for the development of a strategy for the development of a restauran t business. In the qualification (master's) work: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of enterprise development and features of strategy development in restaurant enterprises; in the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the restaurant business enterprise are provided and the competitiveness of the enterprise is assessed; in the third section, on the basis of the obtained results, a structural and logical scheme of the strategy of maintaining competitiveness is proposed. Measures for the implementation of the strategy are substantiated.
