Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації ефективного управління конкурентоспроможністю у сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та науково-практичні аспекти забезпечення ефективного виробництва на основі впровадженні системи управління конкурентоспроможністю. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено суть та зміст економічної категорії «конкурентоспроможність підприємства», сучасні методи оцінки та особливості управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства та конкурентними перевагами. У другому розділі проведено аналіз ефективності використання конкурентного потенціалу підприємства. У третьому розділі Обґрунтовано систему моніторингу конкурентоспроможності, сформовано стратегію управління та умови забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції з управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is the study of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations on the formation and management of the competitiveness of the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of organizing effective management of competitiveness in agricultural enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical and scientific-practical aspects of ensuring effective production based on the implementation of the competitiveness management system. In the qualification (master's) work: The first chapter examines the essence and content of the economic category "enterprise competitiveness", modern assessment methods and features of enterprise competitiveness management and competitive advantages. In the second section, an analysis of the efficiency of using the competitive potential of the enterprise is carried out. In the third chapter, the competitiveness monitoring system is substantiated, the management strategy and conditions for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise are formed.
