Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та розвитку професійної кар’єри в підприємствах всіх організаційно-правових форм і форм власності, в державних та регіональних органах управління. Предметом дослідження є організаційно-управлінські відносини, що виникають у процесі формування та розвитку професійної кар’єри в умовах диджиталізації на різних рівнях управління. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у обґрунтуванні теоретичних положень управління формуванням та розвитком професійної кар’єри в умовах диджиталізації. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of theoretical aspects of professional career management in conditions of digitalization based on the use of the principles of a system approach for each management subject. The object of the study is the process of formation and development of a professional career in enterprises of all organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, in state and regional management bodies. The subject of the study is organizational and managerial relations that arise in the process of formation and development of a professional career in the conditions of digitalization at different levels of management.
