Об’єкт дослідження: процес самореалізації особистості викладача закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: особливості самореалізації викладача в умовах закладу вищої освіти. У роботі визначено зміст поняття «самореалізація викладача закладу вищої освіти»; досліджено проблему самореалізації викладача закладу вищої освіти з огляду на зроблені раніше дослідження; розкрито умови успішної самореалізації особистості викладача закладу вищої освіти; розроблено та експериментально перевірено ефективність тренінгових занять які забезпечать самореалізацію викладача закладу вищої освіти; розроблено рекомендації викладачам закладів вищої освіти для досягнення ними професійно-особистісної самореалізації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що розроблено та впроваджено методику діагностики самореалізації особистості викладача ЗВО; розроблено методичні рекомендації викладачам закладів вищої освіти для досягнення ними професійно-особистісної самореалізації. EN : The purpose of the study: to carry out a theoretical analysis of the content, development and conditions of self-realization of teachers of higher education institutions and experimentally test the program of training classes. The object of research: the process of self-realization of the personality of a teacher of a higher education institution. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the teacher's self-realization in the conditions of a higher education institution. The work defines the content of the concept of "self-realization of a teacher of a higher education institution"; the problem of self-realization of a teacher of a higher education institution was investigated in view of the previously conducted research; the conditions for successful self-realization of the personality of a teacher of a higher education institution are revealed; developed and experimentally verified the effectiveness of training classes that will ensure self-realization of a teacher of a higher education institution; recommendations were developed for teachers of higher education institutions to achieve their professional and personal self-realization.
